Order Processing
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after your order is placed.
During new arrivals, promotions, holidays, or high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. Free U.S. shipping on orders over $100Â and $8.95 flat-rate shipping on orders under $100.
We may offer free shipping promotions from time to time. Any free shipping offers will be clearly stated on our website.
Delivery Times

- Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days

Tracking Your Order
Once your package ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Urban Meadows is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the package.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Urban Meadows is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misplaced packages.
If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, we recommend:
- Checking with household members or neighbors
- Contacting the shipping carrier directly
- Checking around your delivery location
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.
Include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item(s)
- Photos of the packaging
We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Shipping Delays
Urban Meadows is not responsible for delays caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Carrier disruptions
- Holidays
- Natural disasters
- Other circumstances beyond our control
International Shipping
At this time, Urban Meadows ships within the United States only.
If international shipping becomes available in the future, this policy will be updated accordingly.
