At Urban Meadows, we want you to love every piece you purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and unused
- Free of stains, odors, pet hair, or damage
- Returned with original tags attached
- In original packaging when possible
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Accessories (including jewelry, hats, scarves, and hair accessories)
- Customized or personalized items
Exchanges
Need a different size? We offer exchanges based on available inventory. If your desired item is unavailable, items may be exchanged for another item of equal value. We gladly cover shipping for an exchanged item. But customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged, defective, or if we made an error with your order.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of approval or denial.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the item
- A brief description of the issue
We will work quickly to make it right.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or we made an error with the order.
If your return has been approved, please package your item(s) securely and return it using USPS (United States Postal Service). Urban Meadows is not responsible for lost return packages.
